Christopher Shannon x New Balance 860

Central Saint Martin's graduating student Christopher Shannon finished off his graduating final collection of menswear with two exclusive pairs of New Balance 860s. Emanating from the legendary Flimby factory, the footwear complimented his collection of denim and reversible jackets. Unfortunately not some New Balances we expect to hit the retail front.

New Balance 2008 April Releases

Here's a small preview into New Balance's 2008 April releases. Two styles here include the M574M NG and the M575J GG. The 574 is marked by a multi-color woven upper while the trail running style 575 and its steel gray upper is further complimented with metallic highlights. Look for both to hit your local New Balance dealers late March/early April.

SSUR x Kangol Beanies

A respected brand amongst many with a strong New York heritage, SSUR has dropped a new shipment of headwear at the mecca of hats, Hall of Fame. The selection contains mostly knitted stuff ranging from special SSUR x Kangol team ups on some bold designs and pushing the envelope with some neck breaking balaclavas. Iron Maiden Ed Force One Boeing 757

In Iron Maiden's latest global tour dubbed "Somewhere Back in Time", the group have been traveling in style with a special modified Boeing 757 plane. A special contest was held to choose an appropriate name for the plane who coincidentally is being piloted by Maiden vocalist Bruce Dickinson, a licensed pilot with Astraeus Airlines. Ed Force One was chosen from over 2,000 entries, representing Iron Maiden's iconic mascot Eddie.

green label relaxing x New Balance CM1400 GLR EX

United Arrow's sub-brand green label relaxing was created on the basis of simplifying life through its various high quality products. Keeping that in mind, their brand ethos is directly translated into this latest collaboration with New Balance on the 1400. Almost completely covered in white, the upper is highlighted by several touches of gray and patent. Available now at green label relaxing.

New Balance "For Love or Money" 574

Here is a look at an upcoming pair of New Balance 574's dubbed "Almond" or "For Love or Money". Right off the bat, you will notice the "For Love or Money" phrase being used in the sneaker's design by its sharp pink, luxurious green and shiny silver colorway. Lush suede as well as metallic leather is used to create an contrasting effect. Smaller details include the star lace holes and the "For Love or Money" embroidery.

These will be available at Mita Sneakers on April 1st.

Staple Design x New Balance "Pigeon" 575

The Pigeon Dunk which was designed by Staple Design could be considered one of the most infamous sneakers in the sneaker culture due it the riots it caused in New York when it was launched. Staple Design will once again be using the "Pigeon" colorway on a new sneaker he is developing with New Balance. Utilizing the New Balance 575 model, this sneaker features a grey/pink/white colorway as well as a pigeon embroidered on the back heel. Unfortunately there is yet actual pictures of the shoes but for now, enjoy this catalog preview.
